Light. Something that there is very Little of today

If you haven't noticed, I like light. Light fascinates me in the way it expresses itself. I sometimes don't really know what I am going to get.
Take this photo for instance, its a light fixture in Roth Food Court. This shot was taken in the middle of day but it looks like it could've been taken in the dead of night on December 21/22.
The fixtures in that building amuse me. They are so retro, something you would totally see in a 70s movie set.
Anyways, its raining on my parade here at SBU so I'm going to Study.

Clear Cold Days

Ah the lovely cold of clear winter days of Long Island.

You quickly learn to judge the weather on the sky and if there are clouds you don't pack yourself quite as tight in your warm clothing. Those clear days on the other hand, that's when you grab a scarf, gloves, I'm talking the works here. Okay so maybe I'm exaggerating a little bit because I'm from California where its nowhere near as cold. Or maybe I'm just a big baby.

Anyways, look at the pretty trees in the Engineering Quad!

2 Weeks In

Well here I am 2 weeks into classes and I can't make heads or tails of whether or not time is flying by or if it is at a stand still. I'm being from all sides by multiple things, just wednesday I received an offer to be assistant artistic director of Pocket Theatre. I said yes even though I have another directorial position on my hands with Musical Revue in May.

Everything will turn out like its supposed to.
Here's Em enjoying spinning in the snow.

It was wonderful to have the lightest fluffiest snow fall on tuesday, even though the after effect is very very cold and unpleasant.
