The Cold Comes Clean

Freezing temperatures have arrived here at SBU. Even though the temperature really isn't the issue, the wind is the real problem. According to my computer it is 23 degrees Fahrenheit outside though I'm sure its colder due to the wind. It would nice if it didn't look so desolate and dead outside. Its miserable. Luckily I have many layers that I can just pile on my body without complaint so the cold doesn't really affect me.

Infinite Image

There you see it, Infinity exists towards the center of this picture considering everything is emanating from from almost one point.

Another long exposure, yes I know I'm obsessed. I think that this is quite possibly the coolest pictures I have ever taken.

Metropolitan Transit

Welcome to the D.C. underground. A very good Transit system, I must say that I was rather impressed and it gave me a much better understanding of what actual mass transit should be like and not what BART is which is purely between cities and not inside one city like New York City's MTA.

I love long exposures from a stationary position facing towards some source of light. The way that street lamps turn into almost sparkles and the curve that are headlights. I took this along circle road just kind of toying with my camera.

I likes it. How about you?

This is from my second day of travel across country right after leaving the Rocky Mountains. It was my first glimpse of the sun that morning. I continued on to Des Moines, Iowa that night which was somewhere around a thousand miles from my start location of Salt Lake City, Utah that morning.

Just got done with the first round of High C's auditions today. Good draw.

Fog

I never thought I would see fog that got close to SF fog but this, this is damn close. I want more of this out here on this coast. It reminds me of home.

I want to happen again for the sole reason that the lights look like they're floating.

Tis So True

This was etched into the ground near Haight & Ashbury. It was a must take for my phone.

Hey Look a Pond

To be more specific it is Roth Pond, the quite foul and sorry excuse for a body of water that inhabits a small part of this campus.
I love the carved path out of the snow.

More Light of March

Oh lights how I love them. We have some pretty fantastic ones around campus.

Oh and what is happening to time? Why can't I seem to hold on to my concept of long term time February has seemed to fly by.
